Chat with an AI bot

You can actually hop on chat with an AI bot. If you have a question about how to do something in your account, or you're trying to remember where something is in the menus, you just get on the chat, ask your question, and it can give you step-by-step instructions of what to do.

Help from a Human

If you need help from a human, we have a support team available around the clock. They can send you a short Loom video, give you instructions through the chat, or they can hop on Zoom with you. Again, this is available 24-7.

Self-Paced Learning

If you're looking for self-paced learning, we've got you covered there too. If you click the question mark, you can search through a variety of articles. We have videos to help you as well, and then we have a self-guided step-by-step tutorial onboarding. So that's all within this little icon in the bottom right corner.

Elenore Academy

In addition, in your menus on the left side of the screen, if you click on support or hover over support, you can get to the Elenore Academy, which is the step-by-step instructions of how to onboard and set up your Elenore account. It comes complete with videos and downloadable guides to help you through the entire process.

We also have an extensive library of Elenore videos. You can find the section that you're interested in, click through, and then there's a variety of tutorial videos that you can watch as well.

Learn with Other People

If you're looking to learn with other people, we have options for you as well. We have a weekly Zoom office hour. It's one hour with an Elenore expert. We also have a once-a-month strategy call with Keli. You can click through the buttons to join those meetings. We've got all kinds of resources.
