Integrating Social Networks Overview

Welcome to the "Integrations" tutorial. As you delve deeper into our application, you'll find the need to integrate various platforms to streamline your workflow. Whether it's porting Facebook messages into the Conversations panel in CRM, connecting your Shopify store, or integrating with QuickBooks, we've got you covered.

To begin, navigate to the lower left-hand corner and click on 'Settings'. This will open up your business settings. From here, look for the 'Integrations' tab on the left-hand panel and click on it. This will display all the primary integrations available for your account, including Google, Facebook, QuickBooks, Clio, Shopify, and Stripe.

For demonstration purposes, let's integrate with Facebook. Click on 'Connect' next to Facebook. This action will prompt the connector app to establish a link with Facebook. If you've previously connected, you might see your name. Click 'Continue' to proceed. Ensure that you've selected all the pages you wish to integrate. If not, click 'Edit Settings' and make the necessary adjustments.

Once your pages are connected, you'll be prompted to set permissions. While you have the flexibility to restrict access, for seamless integration, it's recommended to grant full access. After granting permissions, you'll be asked to link a specific Facebook page to your location. Use the dropdown to select the desired page and click 'Connect'.

For those running Facebook Ads Campaigns, linking your ad account is crucial for tracking conversions and importing leads. Use the dropdown to select the ad account you wish to link. Once done, the connection will be established.

If you're looking to integrate Instagram, ensure your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page. Click on the Instagram button, and the connection should be established.

The process is similar for other platforms. For instance, to integrate with Google, click on the respective button, log into your account, and follow the on-screen prompts.
