As a business owner, you undoubtedly recognize the power of reviews. They not only enhance your SEO and visibility on platforms like Google Maps but also shape how potential customers perceive your business. Aiming for a plethora of positive reviews is a common goal, given their influence on platforms like Google My Business.
Our system offers a dedicated "Reputation" section to manage this. To access it, navigate to the side panel and click on the "Reputation" button. This opens up a dashboard that, once integrated with Google My Business, Facebook, and other platforms, showcases the reviews you've garnered. Here, you can read, manage, and gauge the sentiment of each review. The dashboard also displays your average rating and tracks your invites goal, providing insights into your review acquisition efforts.
Next, there's the "Requests" tab. As you begin sending out review requests (a process I'll delve into shortly), this tab will populate, showing which customers have responded to your requests. The "Reviews" section, as the name suggests, lists all the feedback your business has received, allowing for easy management and response. The "Listings" tab is where you can establish listings for your business on various platforms, including Yellow Pages.
But the core of the review process lies in the review page, accessible by clicking on the designated icon. If you've integrated with Google My Business and Facebook, a review link should appear here. This link, crucial for review requests, directs customers straight to a review window when they search for your business online. Now, crafting the review request is vital. You can customize messages for both SMS and email formats. The system also offers a feature to display these reviews on your website. You can adjust the appearance to your liking, and if integrated into a funnel or website, it will automatically pull and display positive reviews from Google My Business.
Sending out review requests is simple. Click on the green button, type in a customer's name, and select "send a review invite." For bulk requests, head over to your contacts, segment your list, and use the star button to send out requests en masse. This feature is especially handy when dealing with large databases, allowing you to send out 50 or 100 requests at intervals, ensuring a steady influx of reviews.
In conclusion, consistently gathering and managing reviews is pivotal. They not only boost your SEO but also solidify your online reputation. When potential customers are deciding between your business and a competitor, a slew of positive reviews can tip the scales in your favor.
