Enhancing personalization in your communications can significantly improve engagement. One way to achieve this is by using custom fields and values.

Custom fields refer to the various data points you have within Elenore, like email addresses, names, phone numbers, addresses, and any other additional fields you've added. These fields can be seamlessly integrated into your communications, making them more personalized and relevant.

For instance, when you're on the Conversations tab sending out direct messages, or when you're crafting email and text templates, you can incorporate these custom fields. Instead of manually typing a person's name every time, you can use a custom field. When you send the email or text, the system will automatically pull the relevant data from the CRM, ensuring each message feels personal and tailored.

Let's dive deeper. In the Conversations panel, as you draft texts or emails, there's a tags feature in the corner of the builder. This is where you access custom values. For example, if you want to address someone by their first name in a message, you can simply click on the tag and select 'First Name'. The system will then automatically populate that field with the recipient's first name when the message is sent.

This feature is especially useful when sending out business information. For instance, you can quickly share your contact details without having to type them out each time.

When building out emails and templates, the process is similar. Whether you're crafting a text template or an email, there's a box for custom values. You can use these values in your messaging to make it more personalized. Using a custom field like First Name, Package Name, Business name, or even appointment address can really save time by making your messages dynamic.

Additionally, you can add custom fields and values to store specific information about your prospects. For instance, you might want to remember a particular challenge a prospect mentioned. By creating a custom field for this, you can easily recall and address it in future communications.

To set up these custom fields and values, navigate to 'Settings'. Here, you can add custom fields based on the type of information you want to store, be it text, phone numbers, or checkboxes. Similarly, under 'Custom Values', you can add specific values related to your business, like special offers or discounts.

In essence, custom fields and values are powerful tools that can elevate your marketing efforts. They allow you to automate your communications while still sounding personal and relevant. Make the most of them to enhance your interactions and drive engagement.
